Welp threat has landed - lets see if it works and product ships. Either way I'm not letting this die off and I will follow this through.

at least she fell for it and said "the latest it will ship is Dec 22nd" so when that dates blown I have them by the balls as much as possible

lol holy cow.... Nah.... I angry typed then sent it. Been a pussy for 12 months and nows time to attack

I think commiecast has turned off my spell check in my e-mail after I stopped paying them. I swapped all my other stuff over to my Gmail, but last thing I wanted to do was change contact info with these SOB's so I kept it at the old addy.

You will be the first to know for sure! Ill prob call you when she takes her first breaths lol

I placed an order for some stock and custom stainless steel stove fittings + the stove over a year ago with a Norwegian company. Initial lead times were 4 months. We are 8 months past that. They keep giving me bogus ship dates. Then I find out they have been opening up and supplying new distributors. Orders were shipped in the order placed due to long lead-times when I placed my order (December of 2019). Today you can walk into G Stove USA and walk out same day with a stove. They basically used my money to fund a massive marketing and distributor opening push at the expense of their existing customers. So while Ill be waiting over a year - you could get a stove shipped today.

Thats my side of it....this is theirs and contradicts itself within itself.....

"As for our distributors they also has to place orders ahead and send in forecast so we can plan in productions. They do not cheat the waiting line.
The reason we try to send customers to them is simply to release the pressure on us so we can get ahead quicker and also let customers know that they can avoid our waiting time."

Total poppycock lies..... G stove US had stoves sitting on shelves collecting dust last month and I think they just got a delivery again last week. They have had repeated restocking orders shipped to their distributors for months for new customers. Meanwhile anyone who went factory direct before they were open gets screwed.

Ive seen one in person and they are great. Now I hope mine is the same quality after threatening them. I never wanted to take it to that point but per Norway's consumer laws I had to start make demands in order to be protected ~ Kinda the if you don't use it you lose it rights.

New pressure washer pump should be here next week. Ended up ordering the same one, but a newer version of it (old ones defunct) this morning.

New ones don't build pressure up as you try to pull start them and thats a nice feature.

It's not the best or the worst but rated at 500hrs minimum @ 3,000psi so thats good enough for a decade of average use.

I tore down the old one last night and it was in worse shape than I thought. Parts needed now would of exceed the costs of a new pump by over $40 and thats not factoring my labor.

Fixing the old also would not guaranteed that the body is in spec so when I'm done rebuilding it could still be bad.

it's been waaaaay tooooooo long. last time we had significant snowfall had to be 5 years ago. thats when Scott/Josh and I headed to WV and got hit w/43" that weekend. November of this year was 5* warmer than last November....MUST HEAD NORTH

I'd like to see a good year with at least two 3' storms to cripple everything for a week or so. Those were always the best. I love that time of year. No one on the roads......no one "allowed" to be on the roads...lol..... fun to be had everywhere

did you get to test out that snow blower this morning??

Nah.... we got about 6", then sleet, then rain. Ended up becoming about 1" of solid ice by this morning. I just spread some salt around 7am and at 10am when the sun was up chipped it all up and shoveled it away. Car was completely frozen shut - I had taken that out last night for some snow driving so it was warm when I parked it right before the freezing rain.

Luckily the snow didn't stop Mr Brown from delivering my pump today. She's on and one more thing thats years' old is checked off my list. In 50hrs she gets her first crankcase pump oil change and Ill do the engine oil at the same time. Plumbed it out the back this time. The old set up was durable but not efficient. Had the supply and pressure hose coming out the same side as the exhaust & IDK about you guys but sucking tailpipe's not one of my things so having the water intake/out facing the rear will be much better and more protected. Also didn't go with a inline hard lined rectifier that goes directy the the overflow. Apparently they don't hold much water volume so it heats up quickly then puts extra strain on the system. They also put a 90* bend in the pipe thats not efficient and it also puts the valve sticking strait up so it's easily bumped. New system has 6' of coiled hose to hold extra overflow water for cooler temps, the rectifier is inline so no loss of efficiency, it's much smaller, and angled down low so no more worrying about it being the highest point and snapping it off.

now Ill be cursing myself for using so much anti seize..... when I start finding new spots of it all over my shed...cause keyed shafts on direct drive engines with no support for the pump sucks to steady with one hand

It's all good man. I know you were just curious.

Even if you weren't ~ You have earned the right to bust my stones with as much help as you have given me.

Reminds me I was cleaning up my parts room and came across the ARB flat kit you did the group buy for ~ Holy cow was that a long time ago.

BTW - finally Frankenstein'd my work lights last night. Two lights that came with my 6' tower stand were crap (light bulb ceramics cracked).

Took them off, stole the hardware, and in the trash they went.

Then took a harbor freight & a husk single lights I broke both of their stands on cause they are always on the ground. removed and pitched their stands then drilled out and fit them on my tower.

rewired the cords and they are good to go for this weeks exterior house siding demo/plywood replacement/insulation replacement. With all the tree rats I need to demo and replace it all same day or get infested and I suspect thats going to be a long day with no light past 5pm

I was curious that is all. I saw the energy in all the repairs and thought maybe since I don't come here very often. I have been too busy feeding my retirement.

These mofo's..... promise my order ships no later than today last week.

So they ship the stove..... it's just missing any way to heat water, any way to heat food, any way to cook w/a pan on it cause they back ordered all the accessories.

And once again their ship dates are proven to be lies.... they still have no idea when half my stuff will be done. She knows I want/need/will ask for exact ship dates.

I love the part where she constantly tries to talk me out of my order. Who needs an extra stove grate for their stove? I mean when customer service only take a year to get products why would anyone want that stuff on hand when they are depending on a product to stay unfrozen?

Whoever made the first 100 of these stoves I applaud. Whoever built up the company with staff after that, clearly needs a ton of help as in new management.

To each their own. I did think about it but the US supplier doesn't offer custom items like the factory does or singular parts like the factory does. + adding more confusion to a company thats clearly managed by apes, could of caused additional issues. + Screw messing with refunds for international currencies and figuring out that vat crap again. I could lose money based on currency exchange rates....and in the end I'd still be in the same exact boat I am now except I'd have a stove and piss off the company I still need items from.

Regardless of lifetime warranty and prior to me knowing these guys run their production line like morons I had already ordered spare doors, spare grills, space glass, etc.

Now that I know how screwed up they are and how slow they are thank goodness I did order the spare parts. Last thing I need is to wait two years for some warranty parts.

My response to them this morning.
