trying to get those engines to work together will pron do best in a (butt sucking) setup. we use to hook up compressor motors on chiller units like this, you just butt the rear of the front engine to the front of the rear one, we would need a custom adapter plate and a way to hook the crankshafts together. but then it would be like a in-line 8 only prob would be lenghth but way easer to get them to work tandom
Way better setup, but will be long as fuck. I'll bet it will give better torque too.
If we do it that way, maybe we should rear mount the thing? Might be tricky to shift a manual tranny backwards and get the wheels to move in the right direction,
