Well there goes my pudding theory....
I wouldn't discount that idea!!! It could have been when he was sitting in the pudding wrestling pit!!!
Prob nice baked gear oil...
Ccmbo of mud/silt - regardless it looks ugly - I think 4wheelparts is a money laundering outfit! He took that truck in 10 times just for a freakin' gear install. Total tally was 2 ring and pinions, 2 install kits, 2 axles, 1 actuator, plus the cost of that fuel hose they used for the actuator breather. - ALL THAT PLUS LABOR for the cost of a gear install! They must be like the current fed - just print it if you need it!!!
Question remains, was it full of mud?
A refined blend of conventional gear oil, So Cal silt - and best of all, the great smell of gear oil!!!
Okay I will take the bait...
2 rear diffs (stock & chase unit)
3 rear door panels (one fixed - 2 damaged doors are now 'standard equipment - but I really do want to fix them! - My body guy just won't do it ...yet!)
2 cab dents - one was a combo with a door - another is window high, driver's side rear corner
1 'Tom Page' style rocker panel dent
2 Fenders pushed up and dented
1 headlight
2 tail lights
4 dents in the bed
Fucked up tailgate
All-in-all, just amounts to the fine patina of an highly valued antique!
