Give them a few days to formulate an answer that makes it sound like your vehicle is to blame.
It will be something like this
"We are sorry to hear you are having issues with our product. We've sold several thousand of those units and have never had that kind of complaint. Are you sure its our product causing the noise? Can you bring it by the shop where we can evaluate it?"
What they will fail to mention, is that they have sold several thousand to guys who's trucks NEVER see any kind of off-road. Well unless they are posing for a picture and then its back to pavement and a car wash.
damn it Randy, its been awhile but your doing it again. The uniballs in your Lucas are toast based on you location I'm going to assume they see a lot of mud. Mud and uniballs don't like eachother it is hands down the fastest way to kill them packing the with mud just like putting sandpaper on the liner, if you see a lit of mud then the uniball uca isn't for you. Plus your using the wrong lubrication on them oil tends to attract and hold grit and dirt you need to be using a dry lithium based lube.

Dry lithium lube and if you need new balls get stainless for sure. Chrome is not made for mud/salt/sand/anything exterior. Your lucky the original balls were stainless - at least AP was smart enough to think that through - unlike TC.
AP uses 1-1/4" FK balls.

Yeah I cheated.. I just quoted what AllPro already told you.It was for a different reason, but I'm sure their response will be the same. LOL
I use dry teflon lube for my uniballs. DuPont and several bicycle companies make it (Its popular for bike chains). It comes as a liquid in spray or a dropper and dries to a waxy coating. It works great and doesn't pick up too much dirt.
This is the best stuff. I have 2 cans. Amazon sells it for under $10.
