I saw that mentioned over on T4R, I'm too lazy to read but can you add "x gauges" like on the scangauge ii?

Seems like a less $$ version of a Scangauge. If I didn't already have a Scangauge I might get one.

It does say that its not limited to displaying a maximum of 99 MPG.. it can display 999 MPG... well that's good to know because I was planning to drop my truck down a mineshaft and was hoping to get over 100 MPG in doing so.

They plug in to the OBDII diagnostic port under your dash.

they from what i read on the corvette site can connect with most if not all of the sensors for your vehicle... if you have a fuel sending unit, it will do that automaticily, if you have a trans. temp sensor it will read that. but it is vehicle to vehicle on which gauges are available.

I don't, not really trying to mod the Tacoma so really don't see the need for anything.

i was trying to think about it. i only use the tps to stay out of the throttle and mpg's
rest is water temp and intake temp.

works alright for me.

Well its too bad they have to stoop that low. Seems to me that they have a nice looking product and it does a lot.. and its a lot less $$ than the competition. Until I read that post I was actually gonna buy one for the 4Runner (the new one, not my old one).

I felt the same way, I did some research and it seems like it does work and is a quality product for the price. BUT...I can't support a company that lies to its customers. I am def a capitalist but I believe if you have a quality product it can stand on its own, if they would have just joined the forums and added to the vendor marketplace sections that they ALL have I would have bought one.

It seems as though they understand the power of auto forums to promote products, they just underestimated everyones intelligence. I think that they now need to understand what can happen when your product or company has a bad rap on an auto forum.
