So I guess I'll try this again-
Murder- If you want to be taken seriously- Better typing skills might help. You don't need to bump your build every few days. Folks will go look at build threads when they want. If it's not on the top page- it will get derailed alot less I'll bet.
Everyone else- Don't like the style of his truck- okay- That's fine. You know that is what this thread is all about now...so don't click it. Not everyone likes all types of cars and modifictions...so if this isn't your thing. Move along instead of shitting all over his thread.
That being said- I'm kinda pissed that I had to delete 174 posts @ 7AM...Grow up folks!!

Hmmmm, I think i've got a U-joint in the rear driveshaft dieing. I've got a klunking sound about every 2 sec when rolling down the road that immediately stops when I let off the throttle or put the trans in neutral with the vehicle still rolling. I drained the rear diff and didn't seen any metal in there so I'm guessing it's a u-joint? Is there any easy way to tell without pulling the rear drive shaft? None of the joints appear to have any play in them.

hmm i had that one time in my suzuki and then three days later i blew up the rear end....

Hmmm, maybe I should pull the rear third and take a looksy, it deff doesn't sound like the last time i busted the R&P.

yea it was weird when it happened to me all i could here was a little ping but when i let off the gas is would go away
If there is ANY play at all, your U-Joint is bad. Even it's just a mirco-namometer.

Yea, but that doesn't explain why it would go away then you let off the throttle. I would think a bad u-joint would still clank when not under load so long as the DS is turning. Even though the diff fluid was clean of debris I think I'm going to pull the rear third tomorrow and inspect it, the under load thing makes me think it's a locker related issue even though the locker appears to actuate just fine.
