Frack me..
I need help deciding.. would you... (talking about my 97 runner here..) replace the stock bumper with the shrockworks bumper, lift 3" and hang on to the rugged trail 265/70/26 or.. go lift, and go up to 286/75/26 km2's with 1.25 spidertrax spacers and forget about the bumper for now. Opinions?

Long shot here but if anyone happens to see a 96ish model Silverado for sale that needs an engine/transmission pop up on CL or the like shoot me a PM with the link. Needs to be at least a 96 (no 95s or earlier) and nothing past 98.

Trail armor first, skids/bumpers/sliders. Tires won't help you much when you set that heavy beast down on top of a rock that cracks your transfer case.

Thats sorta how I recommend you build a rig.. but I say first you need recovery gear... then armor/skids/bumpers... then lockers... lift and tires last. Why lockers before lift and tires, because lift and tires are better with a locker.. and without a locker you'll use too much skinny pedal and break shit. The recovery gear should be a given, but its amazing how many people don't have any.. or just a strap with nothing to connect it too or with.

I was actually going to ask you about that, I'm not sure what to get I have and LSD so.....

Go with a lock-rite, I know that Spartan doesn't have one for yours yet. The auto LSD has no affect on your locker options right? It is still an open carrier.
