yes you do! I have carried one for years! Only used one once. On a strangers Saab! I should have let the thing burn! The guy was such a dick! Now that I think about it maybe he wanted it to burn to the ground and collect the insurance money... I was such a DICK!!!

you can do like i did, take a black sharpy, writh your name on it so no one gets yours mixed up with theirs and call it good.
