So I get to fix my bosses sons Rhino 450.

Somebody Baja'd the shit out of it and it looks like this. Look at the passenger wheel. Also the tie rod is bent too.

The outer passenger CV boot is messed up and the spindle is bent.

The driverside LCA is bent and needs replacing.

The rear driverside boot is kinda fubar'd. Should I replace it?

man i had this one for rent in LA for a week. I cant tell you how impressed i was. It is one hell of an SUV. I loved the luxury, the power, and the drive. I almost traded my wife's runner for one of these. Its crazy how impressed i was. it had 400 miles on it when i rented it. here is a pic i took

Hmm...FJ40? Toyota does Jeep = one of the most world renowned 4x4s ever made. Surprise surprise.


Last time I was out wheeling, I distinctly remember wandering past a monster Jeep on 60s and 40in tires in my lil IFS Taco on 33s because his fuel pump shat out on the trail. THAT'S my problem with Jeep.

Woot woot! Thanks to all your help. My phone died on my way home, Im dumb enough to not charge the damn thing. I got home fine too. Truck has a lot of pep back into it. I can't wait to get the front done.

Did a little night wheeling - Well, actually I drove 200 miles one-way in the 7 at 24.7 MPG at 4:00am Sat morning. Particapated in a Pit-Crew Challenge and then 'pitted' for HDRA Dusk-til-Dawn.

Changed a tire.

Helped a team fix a crushed brake line.

Converted a 'steam-cooled' race car to a 'water-cooled' race car (2 gallons of Dihydrogen-Monoxide )

... and let it be known, I LOVE THIS truck 42s and all!!! (BTW it was built so that his 16 yr-old could race! I would be so proud!)

It is also one of the most rattle-free trucks out there!


Put everything away and drove back home at 3:00 am this morning (24.5 MPG - about 2x what the truck would give me). I don't like pulling all-nighters (with 2 naps) but it was fun!

...doing my job to keep this place less boring!
