I need to replace the OME's on my Taco... they are not super flat but they need replaced. I figure I should buy a new set and let them hang out in the garage for 5 years before I say "I really should install those new springs"![]()
I just changed the oil in my taco and afterwards finally put on the belly skids that have been sitting on a cart in my shop since I replaced my clutch almost 4 or 5 years ago
I do need to drop my the skids on it and figure out why 4WD won't engage.
. Before removing the skids, check the EE ground connection in the engine bay, it's known to corrode and cause the ADD and tcase actuators to have a bad reference ground and malfunction.LOL! I rebuilt the drivers side RCV CV axle maybe 10 years ago (new boot and new grease)... its still sitting in the toolbox.I do need to drop my the skids on it and figure out why 4WD won't engage.
