.............................shit moves a lot.
There have been days I have longed to put my plastic bumper back on... it pops right back out and keeps a nice tight gap!![]()
Sounds good, I'll send a few pics in the AM before I take it off for painting. I really like those reinforcement brackets Oury posted up! Might have to get me some of them![]()
Make your relentless support brackets into them.....not much work just cut out a couple triangles.
Those reinforcement brackets Oury posted uphey do look good!!!
From an engineering stand point, I love the little ones I made (less deflection that would allow it to flex or stretch when winching). It allowed me to pivot the bumper right at the mounting point. I still need to put one on the other side.
Threw a new set of UCAs on the Tacoma to fix my ball joint issue.
Surprisingly got it done in less than 60 mins, tires off to tires on
My ball joints were shot on my stockers. Lyndall went with aftermarkets at about 8,000 miles on his 4x4, so I bought them from him to save some coin. I still don't think aftermarket UCAs do dick...
Put one of these in today, seems like it might help me keep mah shit a little more organized

Got the 6 switch assembly all stuffed into the console, tight as fuck in there but I made it work. Even got the lights to work off the dimmer circuit

Wired up my aux fuse block and re-did the connections going to the ground and positive connections since the ring lugs weren't large enough for the mil spec battery terminals. Each wire is crimped with hydraulic crimper then tinned and heat shrinked, better than factory if ya ask me. I left a little extra slack in the + and - cable for when I do my dual battery setup

Is that your pad? I grew up next to wooded area like that... Fond memories but you can keep the humidity!
And doesn't NJ have strict laws against that sort of thing?
