You know if you run into any problems on the road you could call THRETS and they will come "rescue" you. Or you could just call one of us.

Or use that Premier AAA card. Interruption insurance, 200 mile tow, free car rental! Or one of us we bring a beer, smoke and forget what we were doing!

I mounted my gage pod, still need to make elec connections. I'll get pics up tomorrow when I have some light. Over all I'm not impressed with the fit of the pod itself, I'm going to get in touch with them and see if the would like my factory piece so that they can make a better model and maybe color match them with the tan too. The handle does not flush mount and I had to cut the holes out so it would fit but now the tabs that cover the screw hole don't fit right. Other then that it looks good and does its job...

I still need to pull passenger side and color match, but I cleaned up the wiring under the hood and got the gages hooked up and working. I'm going to get some window tint to cover the gages ( way to bright) but they look real good IMO. Trans never got over 165* and oil pressure is at about 60-65 p at 70 mph, the only thing that's kinda annoying is the oil gage flashes when pressure drops to 40p or under. Once I tint the lenses it won't be so annoying.

I did mine awhile back and they look way better with out badges, only one on mine is TACO on the tailgate.

I thought about leaving Toyota on the tailgate but I am glad I took everything off. I already sold the badges on TW for $15. I wasnt even trying and some guy posted that he wanted some so I bit.

I got the gages from summit, ill do a write up on my build page Monday when I get to the office. I'll include part numbers and fitting sizes etc.

I've never seen my trans temp get over 220°. And that was when I was stuck in traffic on 45 and it was a 110° outside. Yeah your gauge pod fits exactly like mine. Let me know how that tint works our bc id love to do mine. Mine are pretty bright, but I've gotten used to it.

And im waiting till it gets warmer to debadge my truck.

Nope, I tossed it because I knew I would never use it. We can trade back if you're not going to mount your CB in the dash. I have to get another one for the Dilux eventually anyway.

Got it aligned Wednesday
Friday I removed some stickers in anticipation of some new ones and took off a POS "Devils" sticker one of my TW buddys installed on my truck
Removed and touched up my tool box cause my neighbor and brother scraped snow off of it with a metal shovel


Washed the whole truck including spending about an hour on the frame. Re-installed my center caps after getting it aligned Wednesday. Washed and lubed up my Hi lift. Cleaned out the dead hooker from my bed - started smelling.

Replaced my cabin air filter. It was a little dirty.

Changed my oil. Cleaned my air filter so I could get some good gas readings before I install my snorkel...its was also a little dirty

Got bored waiting for my air filter to dry so I chopped off my exhaust
