The LT alternative aint cheap either.
One side of me says, buy a LCA from some friends that have gone long and buy a trail rig.
Another side says go Camburg Long.
Another side says Camburg long with bypasses and bumps!

On my front I visited Camburg this morning since I was in CA for a couple of days anyway. As you could imagine, he was my best friend and I would be stupid if I didn't do it. Well, I wish it was that simple!!! I am not 100% on the idea of having to go 'glass up front and then am I going to put a 9" in the rear and get an 18" rear with unders?
Then I could probably swing a deal with you know who. That would make it so that I wouldn't have to extreme it as much.
I'm seriously considering the TC LCAs - I didn't see them on their site this morning but that's probably me.
Alternatively, I could probably pick up an OE one on the cheap. I think this would be the best to my pocket book. Maybe weld some plate to strengthen them.
If my Carniceria was busier I may be drunk with cash but that's something that I should be mindful of too! Each carcass I butcher is less and less money every time.
We'll see.

Sean, I like your spirit but I don't think I want to do that. Zoom and I were talking this weekend about maybe some racing. I think a season of racing would be a blast. I just need to make sure my 'numbers' are met with the Carniceria this year.

I think you should just get some OEM ones, weld a TC lower skid onto them, and then try to beef up the pivot point area.

I think your idea of reworking the OEs aren't a bad idea (I was thinking DOM tubes welded an gusseted to the OE arm ) or maybe, the next time I'm in So Cal, go over to Corona and see if they have some used ones!
