The Billy's I have are going to work fine, they are 10" travel. Since I am completely relocating them I just need to be sure I weld the new tabs on in a way that I can get them most out of them.

See post 126 of Boomtacomas thread. I am basically going to do the same thing with mine.

Looks good Rob! I was wondering why you didn't clean up your U-bolts until I read your post about getting a new flip kit. They look like shit compared to everything else you cleaned up and painted lol

I did, They said that the front frame braces are being made now and they are holding my shipment until they are ready, might be able to ship today. Funny because that is the one part I do not really need to have right away. It's no big deal, I wanted to get shocks mounted up this week and bump stops figured out so I could test it on Sunday but worst case I will put the shocks back on in the stock locations so I can at least wheel. I am a little worried about negative arching the spring without bump stops though.

I am just being impatient.

Couldn't they ship the brace separately? You may have to pay separate S&H but if its worth it to you I'd ask

I just called them again and there was another problem with the front braces, they where cut wrong so I asked them to please ship me the U-bolt flip and shock tabs seperatly. He said he could still get them out today if he hurries so I might stil be able to get them this week.

Edit: and just like that I have an email saying my order has shipped.

Also since I am sick I decided to try and make myself feel better by ordering more parts, I have a 4crawler Ultimate 2" BL with heavy duty hardware and 2" motor mount spacers on the way. They said it could be up to 5 weeks before they ship due to a shop backlog! Note on 4crawlers site says "if you have a problem waiting that long then wait untill we catch up before placing your order" lol.

Finally. Fees, Fees and more Fees - That was more expensive than I expected. $128

Now getting it to pass inspection might not be as easy.

yeah, NOW it is anyway. I was suprised it went off without a hitch, figured I would surely run into a problem with the documents.

BS you got a damn good deal, I had a guy offer me $1200 for it and he was going to come from Ill to get it but I told him it had already sold (to you) dick. :)
