Yeah I would wait until it's cooler before going. Also, if it's close to a holiday, you'll have to book your spot well in advance (which I'm sure you already know).

Seems my radiator is going out. Not keeping the truck as cool as it should be. It was overheating on the way back from the river today.

Anyone have any recommendations for a replacement radiator?

Dang it was 104 here today with heat index at 108

It was a 105° on the way home. I put the windows down and turned the heater on which cooled it off quite a bit. Wife was a trooper and didn't complain at all.

I'm going to replace the thermostat, hoses and radiator. I can tell it's time for a new radiator as my old one is kinda warped

$145 worth of new coolant system parts on order. Going to order the bigger transmission cooler that @Silverback put on his Tacoma as well.

Update on the 4Runner brakes. I've got about 650 miles on them now and they are worth every penny. Stopping is a lot better and feels a lot firmer so far.

Same one I have. I mounted the fan but never hooked it up.
