Got this bitch in the shop finally. Going to pick up the engine hoist tomorrow after work.
...Maybe it will keep it from hitting the transfer case selector when putting it in reverse too.

I read a few posts from people on YT saying their's did it. But there were also people saying their's didn't. Didn't read into it any more than that. Figure if this doesn't fix it I'll look into it more. These were parts I needed to replace anyway.
Maybe it's the difference between top shift and forward shit T-case
I don't know. Seems like the forward shift would be more likely to interfere than the top shift.
I had that same issue with the shifters colliding in 4WD and reverse with Clyde. They would collide but it wasn't really an issue, never caused anything to pop out or prevent shifting.
