I almost took out the RTT the last Rausch trip. Sliders and rear bumper saved it as I pivoted off those instead of the tent 
but it was a little too close for comfort!

Seems like Rv places don't give two shits about selling pop up campers... most reps don't call back or put any effort into it. I'm sure they are all after the big Rv deals and its their busy season..no luck on finding exactly what I'm looking for on craigslist (2007+, cassette toilet/shower, low weight under 3k lbs dry). Found a winner near dallas, so may check it out this weekend

Pulled out the dome tent from being packed last week in rainy Colorado to air out.... Glad I did, it was soaked and starting to get musty. Set it up and let it dry in the sun for a few hours, re waterproofed it and repacked it..... good to go for next time.

Good idea. Mine wasn't bad yet, but was just still damp from the week prior. I almost forgot about it. If I had, It would have been gross by the time I tried to use it again.

I thought the same thing until I was buying a Class C, figured it would be different but it wasn't. Put a lot of cash down, told them I wasn't going to pick it up until a month later and they still missed the date by 3 weeks... argh. I don't think they do much over the phone if your local.
