So after the FedEx fiasco I did eventually get the Pelican 45 yesterday. Man I love that thing! Its a BEAST! I compared it with my buddies Yeti 65. The Pelican is deeper, just not as long. But it probably holds a very similar amount. I also like the Pelican's basket inside a little better. Just seems "beefier".. plus it has a ridge on top to prevent it from flipping up during travel. But the walls of it are def. thicker than the Yeti 65. Its also heavier... which may prove to suck once its full. Glad I didn't get the 65, I'd need a bigger truck or put it in the bed of my 81.

Nice! I originally got the 45qt but it was too small for me. So I returned it and picked up the 65qt. It'll fit in the back of your bed for sure.

Got a new camp stove. Amazon had them on sale cheap cheap last week. Thing is pretty nice though. Seems to have pretty good heat control, unlike my last Coleman stove which basically on or off. Not sure I'll ever use the griddles though.
