The tent itself is smaller than the ez up. We packed it to Jambo without a problem and will be packing it to Big Bend; although I am borrowing a hitch rack from Aaron to make some room in the cab of the 4R. I plan to carry the spare gas cans and firewood on the hitch rack.

I like to cover the broad spectrum; I have gear from the Ultra-light to Comfortable camping, lol

I just added to my ground pad collection and just bought a 13in memory foam mattress

I concur. So glad I ditched the EZ-up/camp kitchen/30# propain tanks/4 person tent/cot/120# campchef cast iron stuff I was hauling around. Now I spend so much more time enjoying the outdoors vs packing/cleaning/unloading crap. Everything I have now is UL. Ive bought more titanium in the past year than in my previous 36 years of life.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy glamping as well, just a PITA to glamp every other week. One of my best trips this year was when we had a 12 x 24 car port tent set up in a field with 3 camp chefs cooking up a storm (steaming/frying/grilling) while watching Saving private ryan with house speakers and a projector for a weekend of paintball.

Picked up a Coleman stove and a few other basic items today. Once the 4R is sorted out I am looking forward to getting the heck out of town.

This place is impossible for tech tards like me to post pics in anymore so I just gave up. Roger - most of them I think I posted on fakebook...edit no I didn't. Just checked and I haven't posted any of my titanium gear at all.

I need to get the jelled up fuel out of mine and clean her. Had the same camp fuel in it for too many years. Tried to use it in an emergency last year and it clogged up just like my lantern (both are duel fuel).

Just get a photobucket account. Hell if the pics are on your phone you can attach them.

Ordered an ALPS Mountaineering Galaxy 2 tent last night for my trip to the Ozarks in May. Still have a couple of things to pick up for the trip but I'm mostly ready gear wise.
