It's got Bilstein 5100s all the way around too. Hasn't ever really been classified as "rig" status which is why it still runs.
And I am 3/3 for running vehicles at the moment!

I need some help. I need a new daily driver to go 80 miles round trip. The Honda accord is not cutting it anymore due to zero fun factor.
I have a lead on a clean 97 Cobra but its in San Diego and the seller is looking to off load after Christmas. I was going to wait till about then but the Honda started to overheat on the way home. Its eating coolant so that is not a good sign...time to top off with coolant and list on CL.
I am looking for something around the $10K range. Must get around 25ish MPG and be somewhat fun.
Looked online at 2006-2009 Lexus is 250 and 350, Infinity G35 and G37, C5 corvette and Scion/Subaru FRS/BRZ.
Open to other suggestions so post up what you find.

I'd go with a G37 or Lexus 350 (250 has the smaller motor which is better on economy.. but fuck, gas is cheap) Do 80 miles in comfort with a touch of sport. I wish we kept the wifes old M35S for me to DD.. loved that car.

Those are the 2 I am leaning towards. Now find me a good deal on one.
Actually there is a is350 in Austin that has my eye. Want to look at for me?

Mine started misfiring after I listed it, pulled the plugs and found oil on two...so figured I'll just replace the valve cover gasket when I feel like it and just enjoy the 4Runner. My office is only 3 miles from my house and we're in the process of having a new building built thats even closer.
"Sensible" cars just aren't made for "car guys."
