Checked out an infinity g37 today. Nice car but not overly impressed and the head room was severely lacking.
Checking out a Lexus is350 tomorrow.

The Lexus in Austin that I posted is a no go. Apparently there is an issue with the dash breaking down and melting and the Austin car fell victim.

The biggest problem with the g37 was the mpg. 20-22 is what most or all see. Lexus is closer to 25-26. I will see what the M series is about.

IIRC the wife's 09 M35S got 21 highway. But it was fun and comfy to drive. That being said I would look for a Lexus.

Didn't Blake get his dash replaced under warranty? Even though he bought it used. It might be covered.

10 years from first date of use. I talked to the service manager that my mom uses for her Lexus. He was a huge help and pulled service records and told me some things and ways to check for little issues.

As of June 1st of this year, that warranty only covers up until 10 years from original date of purchase. My 05 only got replaced because I got on the list back in April.

Edit: Aaron beat me to it.

Looked online at 2006-2009 Lexus is 250 and 350, Infinity G35 and G37, C5 corvette and Scion/Subaru FRS/BRZ.

Open to other suggestions so post up what you find.

Cobras are fun but still nose heavy pigs. The 4.6 DOHC non boosted engine is a great a high RPM engine which makes it fun.

You may want to check out a couple of M3s the E36 especially. The E36 M3 is one hell of a drivers car. No fly by wire crap like the vette.

Found an is350 in San Antonio. Won't habe time to get down there till next weekend but working with the dealer to make it happen.
