That universal flange should mate up with all Toyota drive shaft flanges. The hole size issue is the first I have heard of it. The last universal I messed with had different size holes for the different pattern sizes.

Have you checked that Pittsburgh jack stand is not one of the recalled stands from Harbor Freight? They did some major recalls on their 3 and 6 ton stands.

I was surprised as well but the Tcase end didn’t match up in any way. I don’t know, maybe I was tired from wrestling the Tcase over my head all day.

The bigger issue was the fully compressed slip joint. That’s a 100% no go.

We’re all good now except waiting on the new drive shaft.

That truck, man it was so clean. Bad ass and probably more fun now. But, damn it was clean. My old 84 was just a cancerous version of his 85. This 88 is about as clean as can be for the area I live in. The closest thing is glamyota’s 4Runner.

Power steering pump rebuild. The old seals were not in good shape. This should fix the leak that it had.
