Some links to info and routes. Depending on when we start, meeting at a brewery in Marble Falls might be easy. Food, beer, and gas.

How about we stretch this out a few days and hit BBRSP.. Thurs-Sun. Head out Thurs morning... Head home Sunday. Hill Country tour is cool.. but its do-able in a Honda Civic. Or Ozarks... I'll happily do the Hill Country trip.. just thinking out loud.

I have 3 Milwaukee chainsaws.. 16", 14" and the 6" M12 hatchet. I'll bring one. Oh and I also have an Amadong 8" M18 version that works very well.

I would estimate the high water mark trail to be pretty high water at the end of April. So maybe the high water mark trail might not be the best choice.

So are we picking Arkansas? How about the K-trail? Anyone seen any recent threads on it? Last time I saw anything it was pretty overgrown but that was 6-8 years ago.. no idea exactly.

No k trail. It would end with massive pin stripe and punctured tires.

I did the Eastern half of the K Trail on my Yamaha T7 mid 2025. I will not take my 4Runner on that. It could take days to clear the brush and trees that have fallen across the trail. The West K Trail is supposed to be really open to the firetower; past that depends on sesaon and rainfall.
