And that is one reason I feel VERY SAFE where my condo is located. Of the 160 doors, more than 20 LEOs, Federal Agents, Fire, Game Wardens, and a good number (for Morning Glory) of other folks that would stop the village idiot quicker than I can start a urine steam! lol lol

Their presence wouldn't make a difference in my self defence planning one bit. I'm not playing a numbers game w my safety or hoping it's not my time.

Imo ain't no cops or game wardens going to stop someone from kicking a normal door in unless it's by total luck as they drive by or hear it.

I can remember 35 years ago when I first bought in that neighborhood, a cop rolled through. I stopped him and said I was thinking about an alarm on the house. I can still see him laughing and pointing at my car saying, "I'd put an alarm on that car but the house will be okay."

About 2 years later I was away on a 2 week biz trip. Got back home and my garage was still preserved. 4 bikes, 5k worth of tools, golf clubs, sex toys, female mannequin's, S&M equipment, rack, guillotine, hand grenades, rocket launchers, all still in place! lol

It was right around that time that I noticed my neighbor with the DEA jacket and more and more I would see cop cars, not doing anything other than a cop running in and running out. Then when one of the ghetto bird drivers lived here, he always loved flying over his place and tapping the siren. Yeah, all fun for his son but it got old real quick.

So, yeah, kinda like a green zone. lol

I got a ride in a C141 way back in the day. We flew at 200' AGL up and over the terrain and he was doing 60 degree banks. It was awesome. I was kneeling to the right of the co-pilot looking out for bogies (F-16's). Did this for about 3 hours. Got to see EF-111's and F-111's damn near sucking up telephone poles at 500 knots or more. Just hauling ass across the desert floor. B-52's at about 500 feet dropping 50 blue practice bombs. F-15's and F-16's fighting above us. Clipped in the back and we opened the back door and dropped 2 pallets of 8 55 gallon barrels each. Very fun ride.
