So I need to hang the second fan in the garage. I want it directly above the metal work table. How to figure where to cut the hole. I know.. use my daughters Red Ryder, set it on the table in the middle pointing up and shoot a BB into the ceiling directly above the table. Worked awesome. Now I have the exact spot to hang it. LOL

Now that I think about it... I think this idea came to me from watching "Building Alaska" or something similar.. maybe it was those Alaska Bush Idiots. Anyhow, they needed to put in a chimney and shot a 30.06 or something through the floor and through the ceiling. I didn't need that much penetration.

While a plumb bob would have worked perfectly, I appreciate your innovation and desire to find excuses to shoot guns.

I didn't want to get out the ladder to use the plumb bob. Of course I had to get it out just moments later to cut the hole though.

With accurate fire you could have skipped that part too. I have seen a machine gun used to cut down a tree before. Just increase your rate of fire on that Red Ryder.

IIRC, when the whole micro-stamping law (something mfg's can't do) came into effect in 2014, 57 or 59 pages of handguns became illegal in Morning Glory.
