I really have no reason not too. It is the base Express model, $250. I might go get it tomorrow. I've never had a shotgun, probably a good one to start with. I thought of doing a low buck, tactical build with it eventually.

A man without a shotgun? wtf... For $250 for a virgin base model your doing pretty good. I've seen them around here go for $250-300 for used models. Academy has them listed for $279 so your doing pretty good considering your also skipping the paperwork. The 870 is a hell of a shotgun and is good for anything you want to use it for. I have had the same one for over 10 years now and it has done everything from skeet to duck to dove. Overall the dove tasted the best, but it is easier to limit out on skeet.

I started my long gun collection a little more advanced witht he AR. I was there to look at a Remington 887, but he showed me the 870 and the price was hard to ignore.

Christa gave me the green light to exterminate the squirrels in our back yard. Found out that my pellet gun doesn't have an accuracy problem. It's the shitty pellets. When I use Gamo Raptors same spot every time. They fit the barrel alot tighter

You did the right thing. Sure the ARB will give you a lifetime of cold beer when you want it most. Being able to get a clean shot every time will give you.... well, anything you want!!!
