Midway still supports the NRA despite all the corruption issues within the NRA and customers telling them to stop supporting them.

So I don't support them unless they have an absolute killer deal lol

makes sense.....

Key? What key? Maybe Ill send you my key .....Ive been wanting to turn it in at a gun buy back program just to see how much of my taxpayers money the fools would give me for a POS .22lr
Mine has a lockable trigger for some reason. And at some point it locked, no idea how the hell it did or where the key is.

New muzzle device gets here today for my 300BlkOut SBR upper. This will be my second AR setup that will take a Dead Air keymo suppressor. Now I just need Dead Air to get the keymo adapter back in stock so I can setup a can for it.

@Taco Loco just read this about AAC:

"It came out at the beginning of Feb when Remington killed DPMS and Bushmaster that AAC was effectively dead as well. There were only two people working under them and they were only repairing existing cans. No new suppressors were being made. Any AAC suppressors still being sold are left over old inventory. They are still selling accessories though.

Correction: It's possible the last two AAC employees were let go last December before Christmas."

I had the chance to upgrade my hunting rifle this past week. It was basically a stock Rem700 XCR (pre 2011) model in 300 WSM. Added a Magpul Hunter 700 stock with the detachable mag. Pulled the Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x 56mm off my AR10 with the Nightforce rings and got it sighted in. This hunting season is going to be fun. Right at .25moa with 150g Winchester ammo. Got the zero stops adjusted as well. I’m going to have a chance to shoot a Nilgai this year and I think I have enough gun for it.

Picked up an American Defense 300 detachable mount for the AR10 and mounted an Athlon Argos 8-32 X 56mm FFP Scope. Need to get it sighted in still. Should be a fun shooter.

Also during this whole work from home BS, I pieced together 2 more Glocks for shits. Gen 3 g17, gen3 G20 10mm, and am waiting on the barrel/kit to build the third into a 460Rowland. This so called pandemic is getting pricey.

The Magpul stock is a nice upgrade over the standard stock. But yeah, this pandemic is not helping me save up any cash.

.460 Rowland conversion should be pretty badass!

Now you just need to buy some suppressors.

Finally went and shot the Hellcat today. Just a quick trip on my way to run some other errands, only put about 75 rounds through it. Shot really well at the "self defense" range (3 yards). Started climbing out at 7 yards. The left and right shots at 7 yards are due to the fans in the range blowing the target around. Their AC was out so they had fans going and made it hard to shoot consistently. Part of the reason I cut it short. Really like the gun and the PRP trigger though. The trigger is a little heavier than the PRP on my XD9 and the reset is just a hair longer than I had hoped for but over all it ran smooth and I was really pleased with it. Before I left I put a mag of the Underwood 90gr Extreme Defenders through it to make sure they cycled. They ran perfect and I was really impressed with them. They did kick like a mule compared to the 124gr S&B RN I had been shooting. I'm sure the +P that @Silverback bought will kick even more. Also, they're LOUD compared to the other 9mm ammo I've shot. Overall I'm very happy with the Hellcat and the Underwood ammo.

Nice man. I hope to shoot mine tomorrow. Did you install the PRP trigger? I did the one in my 10mm and it wasn't bad. So I just ordered one. Thanks for reminding me. :)

Seems like today was a good day for some group therapy. The 300 Win Mag ladder testing went well today. It looks like I found a node at 72.8 gr of IMR 7828 SSC was putting the bullet out at 2760 fps. Pretty respectable speed for a 200 gr bullet out of a 21" barrel. Next trip will be fine tuning for a real group and some SD/ES numbers.

The 6.5 Grendel was not as cooperative for me and it looks like I will have to do some reloading to get a decent group out of it. Hopefully.

Yeah I put the PRP trigger in a few months ago when I first got the gun.

Watched the PRP video on how to do it. Fuck, those are some small items. I don't recall my XDM10 trigger being that many small items.

This one required further disassembly than my XD9 did. But it wasn't bad. Took me maybe 25 minutes.
