I can't hardly stand shooting unsuppressed anymore, been using suppressors for about a year and a half now.
Texas passed the law to allow suppressors for game hunting this year (deer). I mainly use mine for pig and coyote on my ARs (6.5 grendel/.223) mainly night hunting. We'll need to get together sometime and do some suppressed hunts.

Learned a few tricks for coyotes. If you miss and the bullet strikes past them they typically run toward you. If there is another dog further away than around 300 yards, the shot normally does not bother them, its the bullet "hit" that they hear.
PVS-14, if you want one let me know, my brother is a dealer. If you want a few options as to what scope to buy, feel free to give me a shout, I have both the PVS-14 and the D-760.
I use the PVS on a helmet and behind an Eotech and good for 100 yd or less, D-760 is 6X and is really an excellent choice for 75-300 yd shots.

Nope, would rather have the knockdown over "really" quiet. hunting coyotes subsonic would work great but would lose a little distance though.
I have shot subsonic, drawback was I had to sight in for subsonic rounds, then re-sight for regular rounds. PITA
Haven't researched the pulsar. You are more than welcome to come up to BCS sometime and I'll take ya out to let you see (shoot a pig maybe).

sat there with my night vision binocs one night and counted 13 running down the road over a period of time. Those are just the ones I saw too

I cleaned the wife's Sig P250 tonight to get rid of all the range residue. That by far was the most painless cleaning i have ever done. I cleaned my 1911 as well. I always fumble around with it a little bit because i don't pay attention to how the barrel bushing goes in. Might need to get me a Sig of my own just not a subcompact like the wifey's
