I think I mentioned in this commie state you have to qualify with your conceal weapon and you are limited to 3. When I was qualifying with mine, the guy in the lane next to me had one! WTF? I hope he wears a dress to conceal that thing!!! Sean, you need that one.

Yep. If you want to change. You have to qualify with the weapon (think of hitting the side of a barn with 75 rounds). Pay a fee. And get a new card. This is the reason we get an AZ or Utah permit. No such silly stuff and reciprocates with other states, just not the commie one.
