Ruger M77. Wood and blue. I let my brother borrow it and he somehow got the stock all scratched up and let it get rusted. I have a synthetic stock for it and plan to get it cerkoted but not in a big hurry.
Ah, sucks he did that to it!

Just think of all the ammo you saved. If you really need it gone send it my way; I will dispose of it for you.

When are you going to get into reloading? Even a basic progressive press would save you some cash.

It's on my list down the road. I'll probably end up splitting the cost of an autoloader with my buddy.

That is probably one of the best ways to do it. At some point I am going to have to expand my die sets to include 380ACP for my sammich maker. For now I am content with her shooting steel case ammo because it is so dang cheap for practice ammo.

I'm looking at picking up some specialized tools solely for working on guns. I'm planning on buying a clamp on vise since I can't permanently mount one at my apartment. Going to pick up the soft jaws for it as well as vise blocks for upper and lower receivers. I'd like to get a nice set of roll pin punches and roll pin starters, barrel nut wrench, gunsmith screw drivers, t-handle allens and torx wrenches, bench blocks, and a bench mat. Any recommendations on good brands or specific products? What else should I consider picking up?

@Anathollo Any suggestions?

I don't know any good clamp on vises. I used to use a little metal table with a vise on it that I brought up from my parents shop. Definitely don't clamp to your granite overhang (I've seen people do it on other gun forums).

Giessle reaction rod- It’s pricey but worth every penny.

Magwell block-

SLR Barrel dimple jig- Nice to have but don’t really need. Definitely a piece of mind product.

Barrel wrench- I use the Tapco one. Don’t really have any complaints.

T-Handle sets- I bought the Wiha ones and am happy with them.
Metric- https://www.amazon.com/Wiha-33489-M...&qid=1518453199&sr=8-6&keywords=Wiha+T+handle

Inch- https://www.amazon.com/Wiha-33499-I...qid=1518453199&sr=8-12&keywords=Wiha+T+handle

Torx- Try to find the set with a stand that comes with it. You’ll definitely want the stand to keep organized. Trust me.

Gunsmith hammer-

Punch set- I got this set and I really like it.

I also got some brass punches but I haven’t used them yet…

Bench vise: I got this vise as more of a specialty vise than one I can abuse.

Soft Jaws- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=pda0fc-20

Screwdrivers- I love me some Wera screwdrivers. They are amazing.

As for a gun mat, I just use a piece of card board or an old towel.

Ordered a Briley LT Mod and Skeet extended chokes for my Versamax. Everyone swears by them so I figured I'd try em out. This way I can change out different chokes for different stages instead of having to use a tool to get them out.

Just a tip though, don't order them direct from Briley's website, shop around as they are much cheaper. Also, according to the keyboard warriors and reviews on youtube, don't pay the extra money for ported chokes as the cost doesn't justify the gain you get.
