Read something about Springfield making a new XDM in 10mm. I want one. Do I have a "need" for one.. of course not. Edit.. I guess its out now! Shit there goes the wifes Christmas present.. oh wait.. she gets a 10mm!

Picked up the first raffle prize this evening. Not a huge fan of the two tone but for the $100 I have in it, I'm not complaining

My OEM Glock MOS RMR plate got loose after 1200 rounds and popped off. Guess it got too hot?

Anyways, I ordered a different plate this guy makes that moves the RMR back towards the sight and fills in the gap. This sucker is a tight fit!

Long story short, don't buy the Glock MOS system. It sucks. Send your slide out to get milled for the optic you want.

I've always had a problem being too big. Constantly get it snagged on stuff, it won't fit or it's poking a hole in material.

That's what I thought too. But Colt actually has it listed as two tone so that's what I say.

I actually won two raffles. The other prize is being shipped to my LGS. Should have it next Friday (my first day off that they're open). Subcompact XD 9mm. I'm the same way, I've never won any gun raffles before these. Decided I'm not going to push my luck and stay out of them for now. I'm 2 for 2 and that's a good time to quit in my opinion.

Sounds like a smart decision! I have a co-worker that hit a hole in one in Golf years ago on the 7th or 8th hole. After taking pics of him on that hole, he walked off right then and hasn't swung a club since. He wants to stop playing Golf on the best note he could!

7.5" will beat the shit out of you and it's components. The shortest I'd go in a .223 is 10.5".
