Now is the time to do it.Perfect. I have an HK 51k and MP5SD I want to get transferred to my trust.
Man I don't have a clue. I have it as a pistol. So the tax stamps for SBR's are coming back? I didn't know they were not available. Talk to me like I have been drinking.![]()
@SilverbackIt's the form 1 transfers that are coming back in 15 days. Meaning you are converting or making one yourself. It's the form 4 transfers (buying new from an ffl) that are taking a year.
it's that easy.@Silverback
Form 1- Making SBR's or your own suppressor.
The ATF has an electronic system in place for the Form 1's so they are getting approved stupid quick.
Form 4- You are purchasing a suppressor from a FFL. This is still in paper form and is taking up to a year or longer to get approved at this point. Their is an E-file Form 4 in the works according to rumors according to some knowledge people on NFA forums.
NOW is the time to stock up on ammo and get your NFA items before the 2020 election. Also, SilencerCo is going to have all of their free cans out on the market before the end of June, so that'll be another ~9,000+ stamps to wait behind. If you want a suppressor, buy it today and get into the system before that SiCo Form 4 paperwork flood.
I highly recommend going through Silencer Shop's system. They have the easiest setup ever for paperwork and they are local to you in Austin. I bought a suppressor and submitted it while I was on the toiletit's that easy.
New truck required a new gun. You do not carry a little 9mm in a 3/4 ton truck.

Preferably one in a smaller caliber that's cheaper to shoot a lot.I do need to build another AR or 5
I would like a 5.56 full size and a .45 and 9mm SBRPreferably one in a smaller caliber that's cheaper to shoot a lot.![]()

Hopefully they have new barrels on belts also with how fast they are gonna burn them up
. Guy lugging that saw around is gonna need a support man just to carry his spare barrels around
