Supreme Court to rule on US Army vet's 'unconstitutional' gun suppressor this week after national controversy Supreme Court to rule on US Army vet's 'unconstitutional' gun suppressor this week after national controversy
This guy better not get hosed due to incorrectly placed media bias from last weeks VA shooter. The two have nothing to do with each other
RIP. This guys gonna go to jail since he knowing bought the suppressor from the guy and violated Federal law.

I don't see how this is any different than states allowing weed.

That's however not how the lawyers are approaching it. From reading the article I think they are going directly after the unconstitutionality of the ATF placing a tax on the 2nd amendment.

If this goes the right way it would completely gut the NFA.

*puts on tinfoil hat* Funny how these things happen whenever gun legislation is about to be voted on
You are not alone in thinking this way.

GOA already has a lawsuit in the works to get the NFA repealed. They are our only hope at this point.

Well they banned the guns and people are still getting shot by a 'gunman'. Based on that logic the next logical step is to ban the 'man' that shot them........fucking idiots

meanwhile kids in Asian islands are hand milling 1911's in jungles so they can sell them on the black market.

Anyone with an opinion on Hyve Technologies?

Shield .40 Archives - HYVE Technologies

Saw some mods for the M&P shield and after doing some research it seems like their trigger eliminates some of the squishiness found on the original shield pistols. I love both of my shields, but the factory trigger does leave a little to be desired.

My range therapy went well but the groups were a little sloppy. I need to start going to a better range - the weeds were over grown, the shooting benches had most of the carpet ripped off so it was rough glue, and the winds always suck due to the way the berms are setup. But I was able to get the scopes adjusted decently but I am going to order a steady rest so as to make the extended sessions with my 300WM a little easier on the shoulder.

I took the Polytech M14 for the fun of it. I always enjoy shooting the old war horse with open sights. It was nice to run through some of the field shooting positions (except next time I need to take a mat so I am not taking a knee position on concrete). Either way I was decently happy to put down a chest sized group with iron sights with cheap steel ammo. I am going to start reloading for it so hopefully the groups tighten up a bit.

I do but there is not enough bench space to use it right. Usually I shoot from the prone at this range but I forgot my mat and the last time I did a session without it I tore up my elbows pretty bad.

Forgot to mention I had a couple of my 300 win mag cases split at the neck so I think it is time to retire this 100 rd batch. If I can find Norma brass I will go with it but otherwise will be using Hornady brass.

I do not remember the last time I saw 300WM in Lapua chicken teeth. Years ago someone on Snipers Hide confirmed that Lapua did not make their 300WM; it was rebranded Norma.
