I bought my daughter a Keystone Cricket when she turned 5. Nice little gun, stained pink stock, stainless barrel. Fun to shoot. Crickett® Walnut / Laminate Stock | Keystone Sporting Arms, LLC

I wish I could remember the brand we shot at summer camp when I was very young, but the bolt looks similar to what I think I remember them looking like lol

Pretty cool a company focuses just on kids.

Shooting over water....isn't that breaking one of the rules? I guess not as long as she isn't aiming at it.
How else are you supposed to kill snapping turtles lol

I got two of'em

She was shooting over about 20 feet of water to the other side of the creek bottom which is about 15' down from the top and then there is a hill that goes up 20-30' out of there through trees and shit and then about a mile of farm land before anything might even be out there. Not worried. Target was about 100' from her on the other side.

Rule for what?

Only thing I can think of is deflection/ricochet because Ive been shooting over water or at water my entire life and that kind of stuff happens so now I'm curious :sniper:

When I was a young tard we shot into my pool many times just to recover the bullets and I always sighted in my scopes by throwing an apple in a lake for a target lol

At the right angle calm water will deflect a bullet. It has to be a pretty low angle though.

Yeah I grew up shooting turtles at my ponds, and we still do. You get a zinger every once in a while.

Went back to the range today. The 6.5 Grendel is shooting better but still not printing the groups I am looking for. The M14 performed much better with Hornady match ammo. Looks like I will have to do some reloading for it too.

@achirdo GarandThumb verifies what we told you about the CZ Scorpion. Basically swap everything out (hand guard, trigger, mag release, safety, etc...) To make it a shooter.

Let's open it up to folks suing game developers who created games like COD, BF, Fortnite, etc because it appeals to teenagers who then can buy an AR when they get older and go shoot up shit.

The families can't win. At least it's clear cut to me.

Quick summary:

1) Whole case is based on this: "We are ready to resume discovery and proceed towards trial in order to shed light on Remington's profit-driven strategy to expand the AR-15 market and court high-risk users at the expense of Americans' safety," he said.

2) His mom is a "safe" not "high risk" female teacher who owned the gun so fuck #1 & fuck their frivolous lawsuit.

Even if she bought it for him - it was legally her gun. I see no reason to waste anyone else's time.

Maybe if she wasn't dead you could get her on leaving it accessible to him if their state laws mandate locking it up like NJ's do, but I think he broke it out of cabinet if my memory is right
