Installed two POF Roller cam pin conversion kits on my last two bolts. Feels so damn smooth in my uppers it's unreal. Remember that the roller cam pin was also Stoners design but was dropped for cost savings.

I really don't like the Brownells staking jig. I should've spent $40 more bucks and gotten the one I really wanted.

This is my DPMS bolt. Terrible staking and the screws back out so easy. This was made when they were working around the clock to make AR's before Obama banned them so the quality is not surprising.

Return all that shit and buy a suppressor (you'll love it way more and it'll become the favorite range gun I promise! My suppressed .22AR was the favorite at my Fraternity shoot.)

Well I am not returning anything as I would want them when its suppressed as well. But I will be looking into a suppressor for it.

I have a PRP trigger for the Hellcat on the way. I haven't even shot the gun yet with the stock trigger but just from dry fire I know I want it more like the trigger in my XD9. Trigger should be here tomorrow or Thursday. Probably go shoot it tomorrow so I can at least compare before/after.

Not necessarily gun related but it goes along with my EDC gun. Picked up a new Olight. My other one has been great but the pocket clip isnt great for EDC and it uses non-rechargeable CR123 batteries. I can replace them with a 18650 rechargeable but I still have to remove the battery from the light to charge it. This one had a little more lumens on the highest setting but only has 3 settings instead of the 5 my other one has. It's also rechargeable through the magnetic base and the clip is much easier to get on and off my pocket. It's a little bigger in both diameter and length so hoping it isnt uncomfortably so in my pocket.

Volquartzen trigger installed, Kidd buffer bolt, extractor and charging handle installed. Only thing left is the lower optics mount which was supposed to be here today but now its Monday.

I have respect for someone in that business up there, having to deal with all the red tape, still providing 2A products to citizens that are in need, that necessary can’t move.

Besides, with TX hovering around 30 million residents, were good....from Dallas to Houston to SA to Austin back up to DFW, all soon to be urban suburbs...

Got the new MRO HD (EOTech reticle) with the Scalarworks 1.57" mount. It was actually the same price/as cheap by just buying it straight from Scalarworks as a package. The center dot is a big improvement over the first gen MRO as it's much crisper without any bloom (and I have a astigmatism in both eyes, so that says a lot coming from me). With it having the EOTech reticle now is pretty freaking sweet as I really like the reticle but don't like how massive the EOTech optic actually is (and that I'll have to use a Wilcox riser with it as well).

So this replaced my Holosun 507C with a more robust optic that has a larger window.

My local Pizza place just put up a "closed until further notice" sign yesterday. I know it's not for lack of food because my buddy who I collected all my pine needles from last night is their distributor. Got him to order me some chicken and steaks so hopefully I can stock up before the shortage. Stores may be empty but the food distributors for restaurants and food product manufacturers currently have no issues. He did say the chicken shortage will hit us first and it's coming.
