I like my Aliengear for the most part. I think mine is the cloaktuck 2.0.

I went with that one based on cost and recommendation from a buddy who was WAY to into guns at work. He told me about their customer service. Said he had a neoprene back that was coming off and wanted leather. They upgraded him to leather free of charge. Plus, the free kydex shell changes if your carry changes. Oh, and 'Merican.

Holds my XD fairly well. Put a full mag into it (nothing in the chamber) and shook the crap out of it in every direction including upside down and it never fell out so I guess that's good. It fits well and even though I was wearing swim trunks with no belt it would not pull out of my pants when I was drawing it, so if I have jeans with a belt on I'm assuming it will be very stable.

I had no idea Kydex of however you spell it was heat sensitive so now I just need to remember to not leave it cooking in my car when I travel or have it on the gun if I do....I guess.?. No clue - rookie fudd here

Un-Ruger is complete. Need to rack the bolt about 250 times, it sticks after smacking into the front. I've racked the bolt maybe 50 times and its better but still sticky. Holding off on filing or sanding anything just yet. But the tolerances on that Brownells receiver are TIGHT! Getting the bolt in was a PITA.. finally got it.. but damn, its tight. I suppose that is good. I ordered a picatiny rail for the Ruger so I can add an optic to it. Not sure I am sold on the idea of putting that Romeo 4 on it, might go with a scope. Anyhow.
