Need your opinions........

I want to go with a 16" wheel and tire setup.......

I could go with this setup.......

http://www.wheelersoffroad.com/tacomawheels.htm @ $78.00 a piece ~$400 for 5

Or this setup

http://www.wildwestoffroad.com/catalog/Allied-Beadlocks/Black-Rock-8/prod_7.html @ $205 a piece ~ $1025 for 5

With these

http://stores.channeladvisor.com/yo...35 12.50 16 Maxxis Creepy Crawler 35x12.50-16 @ $275 a piece

Or these

http://www.filthymotorsports.com/Pit_Bull_Rocker_Tires_p/fm-pbrocker.htm @ $339.90 a piece

both in 35x12.50

Opinions?

Get the rockers and neither of your wheel choices. Those steel wheels dent and bend far too easily.

I wanted to stay away for the steel honestly, but AT $78 a wheel, it's hard to say no.....

I would love to find a set of cheaper 16" alloys with 4" B.S. but I havn't came across a set.

I say bead locks wit pitbulls but check if will rub on caliper. The wheeler rim is tested on tacos.

The beadlocks will rub, I'm about 99% sure they will. But should be able to fix with light grinding with a flap disc. If I go with them I'll buy one and test fit to see.

x2.. those Allied beadlocks fold up on rocks. A friend has a set and he's always pounding them back into shape. Had to get 2 new rings recently as well.

Curious why 16s not a very good selection of tires in the 16" range for larger sizes.

A few reasons........to get a little more tire than wheel, to be able to run the Creepy Crawlers if I wanted too, and cheaper tires overall. Also there's just as much market for 35" tire sizes for a 16" wheel than there are for 17".

Well, like your FabBook page says, "Spent too much on the truck this year!" Go big!

I'm eyeballing 285/75/17 KM2s myself for my next set, to try my hand at 34" pizza cutters. Move up to a bonafide 35" when I'm ready to start cutting fenders.

I just want the tires. But seriously I'd be stupid to pass it up, they're in TX also.

But damn I don't want KM2's, but I guess they'll work for a while, until I slice one open.
