I just want the tires. But seriously I'd be stupid to pass it up, they're in TX also.
But damn I don't want KM2's, but I guess they'll work for a while, until I slice one open.
Get 'em and sipe em up!

I'm eyeballing 285/75/17 KM2s myself for my next set, to try my hand at 34" pizza cutters. Move up to a bonafide 35" when I'm ready to start cutting fenders.

Where are you eyeballing 285/75/17 KM2's?
Wherever has 'em...
Oh that place... yeah that makes sense. I ask because BFG doesn't make that size. Cool size, just not one that BFG makes for KM2's. I wish they did.

Incorrect sir. From BFG's site:
http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-selector/name/mud-terrain-t-a-km2-tires
Part # 93994
Or is this a size they no longer produce and their web guy is lazy?
Edit:
appears available on the open market:
http://tirecrawler.com/shop/detail_tire.php?product_id=10986
Probably just a less popular size.
Or here, if you prefer:

Shit, looks like DT/AT will even special order 'em for you...pricey though:

you just made my evening! I actually think its a new size from bfg... I had looked before and even looked again tonight (must have missed em on bfg's site)... Those will be my next tires as well.
I have still yet to see any evidence they're more vulnerable than any other tire out there.
Wherever has 'em...
Meh.....comparing my MTRs side by side to my BFG AT's (same sidewalls as KM2) there's a huge fucking difference. The KM2s are literlly paper thin, the Kevlars are at least 1/2" thick and around the bead is 3/4" thick.
Not to mention all the trouble with balancing and broken belts that I had with my AT's. The Mtr's belts will not break unless I put a defect in them at workthey have a fret wire that wraps spirally around the belt that ensures they will not break, plus the quality of our materials is a big step above than foregin material BFG uses.
I keep hearing the KM2's side wall tears and punctures easily... that true?
11 guest viewing? I must be a popular mother fucker.
