It should 35 - 40 MPH with out issue. ;)

I remember Scott was DD his 91 with tons/4D's and the 3.slow. He said it ran 65-70 no problems. Just do the air soft pellets balancing trick.

Picked up my 14 bolt yesterday . Got to cutting on it tonight.

Welded up the shock mounts from Chassis Unlimited.

Removed hubs. Began the clean up.

Barnes diff cover before.

After

All brackets off little bit of grinding left.

Next in the list: clean up hubs, re pack with grease, install disc brakes, pinion guard, brake lines and tabs, axle perches....

Should have it in by the end of the weekend..

Looks like you gained about a 1.5" trimming the bottom of that 14 bolt. Going to be a tough axle.

After almost 5 months I have a roller again. I need to finish plumbing my rear brake lines and address a few things on the front like removing a leaf or two, add some brake fluid and bleed them out.

Looks awesome Chris. Now the question is this.... will it make it out the garage door? :)

That dawned on me the other night. My drunk measurements with the tape said I would have about 5 inches of clearance. Let's hope I am right

Drove the truck for the first time in a long while. Just need to address a few of the finishing details. Other than those, I'm just about ready to wheel.

Hydro assist finished up. Just needs a little paint
