hell no to beach.. we did that at by Mitchell's cut one time at Matagorda and had a serious Mosquito problem. Too much fresh water in that farmland behind the beach.. :(

Been to that RV park many times. Nice Bathrooms/showers and a descent fishing pier with green lights. Turn em on at night, and wait till you see the mullet jumping.. good times. Don't think we can make it but please post some pics!

I know a lot about the bay systems, I used to have a boat and visit EB many times, and my old man has a bay house 40min south of this, but no beach(marsh land and bay system) and the kids want to visit the beach. My whole family had bay homes, and two aunt and uncle's still do. I spent many summers at the bay or farm.

I haven't even posted pics from the last trip, I only have couple of pics when we went off-roading on the wrong path. I need do the photbucket thing since TOR sucks when trying to load images....

My Camera battery went dead Saturday out on fun...pulled a bunch of DB's out of the sand including the jeep liberty 2wd that was 5 miles from the beach entry point, 10 more minutes and he would have lost that SUV to the rising surf. after 3 more stucks... I had to tow him about 2 miles because the road kept washing out from the winds and high tide. His SUV could not go an inch in that lose sand...lol

All was fun until we were 20mins from the house and had a blow out in the RV....

yeah the boys had fun, You should have heard my youngest when went over the dunes from the beach side..you really needed some speed to get up and over to some of the back roads...need one of those gopro camera that took some nice video,
of coarse it helps if I keep the battery charged on mine also...

the winds were rough, but hell it keep the mosquitoes off. You had to be careful not to get sand in your eyes if someone or a truck was south of you..

That my friend is coax cable wrapped around the axle!
Tire less than 4yr old, less than 12k miles - "made in China"
I was going 60-65mph and 'bang', center lane of I45 north, not a good place to be..

The new American made tires on the RV now...http://www.carlisletire.com/ and its at the shop getting fixed....

Photobucket beotch!

I don't like the hiccups photobucket has had in the past, so I went with Picasa seems really easy to use to click all the photos you want and hit upload.....Plus you can rearrange them with out photobucket doing it for you..lol

So you ran over the coaxial cable... or the tire exploded and the shrapnel took out the RV, exposing the coaxial cable in the rv causing it to fall down?

That's from the tire tread grabbing shit from the inside of the RV, including some electrical wire also...
