Watched All Quiet on the Western Front on the flight home last night. Damn that is a gritty and realistic look at it. Just wow. I will never watch it again.
You need to watch the 1979 version too... I still want to watch the 1930's version, they recruited former German soldiers that fought in WW1 that lived in Los Angeles to help make it more realistic.
