Not going to report him, Army recuitors are already punching bags and treated like dog shit. There is a high percentage of suicides from the recruiting command, I think there was 7 in Texas in 2005-2007 time frame, 4 out of the Houston Command, the stress from the command is indescribable and completely uncalled for, I started recruiting in 2005 and those were not good times.

Most recruiters rather be in the sand box than stay in recruiting.

I get it that recruiting is a bad gig right now. The public opinion has shifted and today's recruiting pool is on average weak and unable to meet the minimum requirements. Either the military as a whole has to dumb down/ weaken or the military needs to become more capable with less numbers. The traditional theory of strength in numbers has to change with the current generation of applicants.

I still tell friends kids who are in HS or in college to look at it as an option. Unless they are a fucktard and then I don't say a word.

I have a good friend who was an AF recruiter for Dr's and nurses. Guy could sell ice to an Eskimo. Did very well, recruiter of the year 2x. Said it was very tough though, but the thought of your student loans being paid off after a 4 or 8 year stint helped him.

My mother-in-law joined the reserves to pay off her dental school loans and my wife was thinking of doing the same thing until we sat down and did the math after I got my new job.

Absolutely right about both. Although the CGI in Aquaman didn't bother me as much.. them floating around with their hair floating around.. not sure what it should look like if real.
