Well since most content still isnt available in 4k, think I'll skip out on 8k for now. I havent bought a TV in a long time. Only reason I want a new one is because my 50" looks small in the house and I have a small house. Saw an ad today for a 4k smart TV for $429. Figure I can get one for about $350 on a Cyber Monday deal. I dont even need it to be smart since i do all my streaming through Firesticks.

I'm with you on that. I have a 1080p Sony 52" from 2008 I got on sale when Circuit City closed it's doors. Until it breaks I have no need to upgrade. My other TV is a 480P Sony 32" from 2003. Only two TV's Ive ever purchased in my life. First tube TV I got as a gift as a kid I still have to this day. My eyes are great and the picture is great so if it ain't broke.......

Just make sure it has a min of 120 motion rate, wallymart has a Samsung 65 listed for $477 now, I don’t know if that’s good price or not, just happened to see it.

Yeah if that was in real life he would have either A: Ripper the wings off it or B: That plane would be grounded for months to inspect and repair it. When a fighter comes back with an over-g its called a "panel party"... tons of panels have to come off for inspection and depending on the level of over-g its more.
