Question for guys that went last year, what was as typical day like? Up at what time ? Breakfast ?, stop for lunch?, what time did you stop for the day ?

Up with the sun, cook breakfast, pack up camp, and hit the trail. We'd usually stop for a quick lunch (sandwiches or the like) and head out again. A couple of the days we'd end up in a small town (Sand Gap was one) to top off gas, use a real restroom, etc. We'd really just drive until we found a spot we all wanted to stay or until it got within a couple hours of dark and we had to stop so we wouldn't be setting up camp in the dark. The first night storms came in so we stayed at the highest point we could in a big open field to avoid falling limbs in the night. Another day we found a spot we wanted to camp so we called it a day a few hours early and fished the river with the few extra hours of daylight. Once the sun goes down the fire started, steaks went on the grill, and the beer and whiskey started flowing. We stopped throughout the day to look at random things. Cool overlooks, waterfalls, checked out a couple parks, cut up downed trees, etc. Every day was a little different.

Thats kinda what I was thinking as the plan.. wasn't sure how early you were back on the trail.

Yeah we weren't in a big hurry. We actually finished up the route last time a half a day or so early. Plenty of time to stop and explore as much as you want.

and with the addition of @BeaverYota that puts us at 10 rigs. Done. If you feel you won't be able to make it and your name is on the list let me know so we can remove you and get an alternate going.

You'll need to close the list now. That's a lot of people.

Yeah, I really didn't want 10 to be honest. I'd like more like 6 or 7. But we have 10 and that's that.

I think last year we set the limit to 10 and some people backed out/didn't show up so I think we'll be okay. A lot an still change between now and then
