I want to get out much more now that I'm in my last year of school up here. I just need the weather to get warmer first. I'm going to Hot Springs tomorrow for the horse races, so that should be fun

I really wish I had gone on more trips while I was in college. My main issue was always not having a ton of money (student budget) but I should've taken out a small loan out from my mom and paid her back so I could've traveled more. Now I have the money but no time due to work...

Not yet. Still a few weeks away from listing our current house. We have only looked at 2 or 3 houses in person. Really wanted the house on Sunday to work out since it had a giant detached garage but it was priced at a premium and still needed $25k in updates and $10-$15k to run electricity to the garage. If it's still on the market in a few weeks we might put in an offer closer in line with the comps.

Also, I'm of course down for a trip out to Colorado late in the Summer. I plan on running the Imogene Pass Run (yes, running up Imogene from Ouray and down into Telluride) again this year on September 8th. Bonus points if the trip is around that time but if not, I'll be making two trips.
