Question, if you play in the winter and its below freezing, do the paintballs freeze?

When we played in Feb/March right before the lockdown at no time during the day was the temp above 32* and none of our balls froze except for the ones in our pants. They will freeze but it takes a while I guess...

Something is up with this combo. Had the trigger set and it worked good for a day. Past few days Ive missed more than a couple shots due to malfunction (failure to fire). Adjusted the trigger to be less sensitive so it's working with every pull and same issues creep up where the marker will not fire......just hissing air.
Could be a litany of things - so Ill look into it later. First thing I'm going to do is switch tanks to my medium psi regulator thats set to 600psi. Thinking my super low pressure tank reg set to 250 psi may be impeding the new fire control valve. If thats the issue the new valve is being sold and Ill tweak the new trigger - I like to run my markers at the lowest psi I can. Not going to run higher pressure and put more strain on the drivetrain just for reduced trigger creep that I can set manually with the adj trigger itself.
I'm also running this marker unlike most people I'm sure. It sits outside during the day and may get fired 0 times a day or 50 times a day. Sometimes it gets pressured up as a shot may open up and more times than not the shot doesn't pan out so it gets depressurized w/o a shot ever being fired. This can happen a few times a day so it may be messing with the valve. Pretty sure most people pressure up - shoot a bunch till the games over - then depressurize. I'm pressurizing/de-pressuring.........then repeating

Limited edition "fight club" JT Proflex mask finally came in. Supposed to ship in summer, but Covid delayed JT from producing them. Also had a slight issue with the flacktarn cammo.
Pretty stoked to pass down my white mask to a backup or for someone else to borrow. Hopefully I don't keep getting domed as much with a slightly less noticeable head popping up, but I am doubtful of that one

I didn't watch the review if I'm honest, fasforwared through it just to see the thing shoot. And I'm pretty sure they all get paid to do reviews otherwise what's the point

the less than lethal market is exploding with similar "markers" or whatever you call them.
If you want truly unbiased opinions on youtuibe for less than lethal rounds there is a Chineese guy thats been doing reviews for a decade. Does the video quality suck, yep. Is he hard to understand, yep. But pretty sure he's not s shill for anyone.

Ah....The ol I'm a felon and need protection.
There's a guy on youtube who has the same issues and he goes through what they can and can't have for his state. That's how I found out basically anyone can get black powder anywhere. I think I can buy a black powder pistol and have it shipped from out of state direct to my house. Now if we change that to a BB pistol.....you die in red tape and fingerprinting and FBI background checks.

Yeah they have been doing those sabot rounds for the rifles for a while now.
Fyi...I just put every bit if my paintball stuff up in the loft of my shed. Who knows when it will see the light of day again......

That said I still shoot almost every day. Ive got a red rider, a crossman 10 pump, and my paintball marker all staged at my back door for activities because neighborhoods suck and they should be real pew pews on my own land in the middle of nowhere
