I don't know what he had them aired 'down?' to.. I do know he only wheeled it a few times so he was probably still learning its ways.

I had a cinder block in the garage that I was using as a chock when the Taco's rear end was out.. anyhow I just slid it into the garage and it was in front of ol Greybeard.. well I didn't notice it and pulled the truck out to move it around a little. The thing rolled right over it without even idling up and I didn't even feel it. Kinda scary.. in the Taco I would have at least known it was there.

Show off, that's some good articulation. Also reminds me when I had a little drinking accident in a mall parking lot, the wife " you just hit that ford ranger and knock the license plate off and inverted the bumper..."...lol. That was in the old cheby 4x4. I didn't know...

Sean, you need to ask my wife what I tried to do with that truck in HS in "The Woodlands", like back into a fire hydrant at 35mph-it never broke/moved, but she damn near got whip lash on the back glass...lol

Then.. it gets better. I then ran into the entrance to the garage backing it in. Since I didn't have a rear view side mirror I couldn't see my rear passenger tire and I was trying to get it close.. anyhow, I saw the bedside in relation to the garage and thought I had room.. I kinda forgot it was dovetailed (whos a dumbass.. <<<-- this guy) Anyhow, it clipped the garage and broke some trim. Luckily it didn't hit full on, it just grazed it.

Sounds like the entrance to the garage needs some sliders...haha

Funny I did a very similar thing right after I got my front bumper. Pulled into the garage just like normal but forgot completely about the stinger/lightbar and out a nice hole in the wall.

I've backed into the interior garage wall with the Taco. Punched a nice hold in it as well. Wasn't even drinking when I did it! LOL

Ok, so I decided to do some "routine maintenance" this evening. Just seeing what needed to be done. I already have an oil filter and synthetic oil, but I thought I'd check out the other items. So I started with the air filter.. WTF!?

I'm not sure WTF it is.. it appears to be a oiled type of filter (similar to K&N) but its not.

Shitty pic I know.. but its a honeycomb style material.. oil impregnated... dirty as Randy's last girlfriend. :D

Looks familiar, delux had similar contents in the air box. And that looks like a foam ATV filter.

My old kawasaki had a filter like that bout that size and shape, the hondas I have are cone filters. I'd dump it and get a paper filter the foam ones are nothing but problems.

I was on the fence about dumping it.. kinda like dumping a K&N.. what would I use to foul out my MAF? LOL.

But another trip to VatoZone tomorrow for an air filter is on the list. Upside is that the previous oil filter was a Wixs! Score there.

you didn't change/clean your filter after the hill country run? we ran hours in the dust...lol...Mine was very nasty and I also change the cabin filter because everything the ac was I could smell the hill country dirt air freshener.
