Nice... and yeah, you need fenders. You know in the last year, I've seen 2 guys that thought they would be okay without fenders and sure enough both now have nice cracks in the inner fenders! If the fender's dented they can actually be stronger!

Its getting fenders before it gets wheeled again. I was just removing them to see what kind of damage or work needed to be done before putting the new ones on.

Finally threw the last little part on the front end so I can now move the Raisin again. Even threw the fender back on for the time being. Tomorrow I'll turn it around so I can get working on the fuel cell and flat bed. But that hiem steering is SO much tighter than the old FJ80 TRE's. Highly recommended upgrade.

I think the LX might need some of those. The steering is pretty loose on it

Looking good. I like calling it a grape. What about “grape ape“ for a name? It fits your primate theme, and references an old cartoon.

I also think my heim joint steering is awesome. Not only bullet proof but they feel nice and tight.
