It can't be worse than the saga of the blue turd
Jerry can holder looks good Sean! I like how you have it laying on it's back, might do something similar to mine.

BearsFan07,
You had mentioned in the past that you had added zirc fittings to the front spindles allowing you to grease the critical bearings housed inside them and I was hoping that you could find the time to add those notes and pictures here as I'm getting close to taking them apart here on my end and would like to perform the same once I have them off. Thanks in advance.
Correct.. it can be done and IMO would be a good thing. BUT, like Drew said, drilling through the inner race was very difficult. My collection of Milwaukee/Ridgid/DeWalt/etc bits were all non-carbide steel so they would not go all the way through. But if you pickup a set of carbide bits you shouldn't have any problems.
Getting the main body drilled and tapped is no problem.

But getting through the race was not gonna happen... I was shooting for the red dot.

Also note that when you do this, you will be working with a complete unit. Not just the main body like I'm showing. So be careful when drilling to collect all shavings.

Find someone with an EDM connection!
That might be the only way. I didn't make a dent in the race.
Yeah, I'm not 100% sure how to prevent that without disassembly.
