I vote for the Dish network agent I spoke with on 7/07 to cancel HBO/Starz/Showtime/Cinemax. He cancelled them when I was on the phone with him... and then the fucktard added them back. What I find ironic is that the removed credit is 2 cents less than the added cost. How does that work? Oh I know.. corporate greed. Cause technically it was cancelled for longer than it could have been added back. If there is an hour in the day and I cancel something 35 minutes into it.. that is 25 minutes of cancellation credit. Now at 36 minutes after the hour I add it back, that is 24 minutes that I need to pay for. Reminds me of the early 2000's move Office Space, stealing a couple pennies at a time.

But guy tonight was good, made things right... or so he said. I will verify tomorrow. My bad on not verifying before... I just expect someone to do a job even one as simple as I thought it was.

Not really, there is a separate spot on the bill where they show a credit for it and Skinamax. So they did good with that. It's just that the old package that I cancelled was for all 4 channels.
